This Copyright Notice (“Notice”) forms part of Foyers.Photography’s (Suffolk Boudoir) overall ‘Terms and Conditions’ (“Terms Of Service”) and is incorporated herein. Some capitalised expressions used in this Notice and not otherwise defined, may be defined in the Terms Of Service. Robert Foyers (“the Photographer”), doing business as Foyers.Photography (Suffolk Boudoir)(“the Studio”) is the sole proprietor of this Notice.

All of the content featured or displayed on this website (www.suffolkboudoir.co.uk) and any social media sites and subdomains related to the Studio, posted in any public or private online groups or forums, or in any marketing material, including but not limited to; photographs, Images, graphics, logos, slogans, moving Images, video, text/copy, and sound (“Content”) are owned by the Studio, and/or it is Content providers. All elements of this site, including, but not limited to, the general design and the Content, are protected by trade dress, copyright, moral rights, trademark and all other applicable laws protecting intellectual property rights.

No Content may be copied, reproduced, replicated, made into any appropriations or derivative works, republished, downloaded, printed, scanned, screen-dumped / screen-grabbed, uploaded, posted, transmitted, shared, entered into any contest, sold or distributed in any way, or used to promote or encourage financial gain, without the Studio’s prior written permission, consent and authorisation; except to view the publicly available Content on any single computer monitor, tablet or mobile device for personal non-commercial use only, and/or to share low-resolution branded Images via social media channels such as Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and/or guest blogs, as long as they are shared directly from and linked back to this site; provided all copyright, watermarks, logos, credits and any other proprietary notices are kept intact, without change.

Modification of the Content or misuse of the Content for any other purposes is an infringement and direct violation of the Photographer/Studio’s copyright and/or any other proprietary rights governed by UK law. Deliberate stealing and/or unauthorised use of any copyright-protected material, with prior knowledge of such copyright existing, is a criminal offence. The Studio retains all copyrights for all Images created during any Event and owns the exclusive rights to share any of those Images publicly, or license them in any way with an appropriate model release and agreement, whether posted to the website or not, or whether purchased by a Client/Collaborator or not, including any behind the scenes Images taken by any freelance agents or any other third parties commissioned as ‘work for hire’ by the Studio; whether paid or not, unless a legitimately signed copyright release is issued, or an authorised commercial license is purchased directly from the Studio/Photographer. All and any profits made from any Images created by the Studio/Photographer and any use of them belong to the Studio/Photographer alone.

Violators will be sued for the unlimited value of any copyrighted material unlawfully used or shared without the Studio’s explicit permission, whether the Content is used from this website, any social media websites or any other website that the studio uses to promote its services and imagery, plus the maximum financial penalty granted for copyright theft and for any alterations, modifications or appropriations, plus any legal expenses and/or any damages (including damages to the Studio’s reputation or loss of earnings), or any other losses incurred as a result of such misuse and violation. Any claims will be heard in a court located in the same City and Country as the Studio and will be governed and authorised by UK law.
